Frequently Asked Questions 

Q: How do I place an order? 

ANS: Simply click "add to cart" once you have made your selection and you are done with your shopping.  At the top of the page check your overall order. Enter your details and select shipping type. Finally, once you have made the payment, you will then receive an email confirming your order.  

Q: How many days do I have to return my item?

ANS: You will have 14 days from the date you receive your item to decide if you would like to make a return. After 14 days, any returns received is not entitled to a refund. 

Q: What are the shipping fees?

ANS: Shipping fees will depend on the type of carrier you select and the details of your location. It will then be calculated once you have entered in all your details. 

Q: Do I have to pay for my returns 

ANS: The good news is, NO. We will not charge you for returning an item as the postage fees will be on us. 

Q: What is your return policy? 

ANS: You can find all the details you need under our return policy tab at the bottom of the page.

Q: What if my deliveries are not correct?

ANS: You have to send us an email telling us that you have received the wrong order. We will then send you instructions on what to do next.  

Q: If the tag is not on the item that I want to return, can I still return the item?

ANS: Unfortunately, you will not get a refund if we receive an item without the original HALO tag attached to it, as it was when you recieved it. 

Q: Will I get a refund when I return my item?

ANS:  Yes, you will get a refund if the item meets the guidelines, which can be found in our Return Policy tab at the bottom of this page. 

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?

ANS: Send us an email, stating the reason for your return and we will send you an email with instructions on what to do next.
