Our Return Policy

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:- 


1. The item is still in the same condition as it was when the item was sent to you; 

2. You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt, etc.); 

3. The item still has its HALO tag attached. 

All returns for our Malaysian customers are absolutely free. 


How do I return an item? 

1. Send us an email at returns@halowardrobe.com specifying your reason for return, e.g. incorrect size, mistaken order, faulty etc. 

2. Upon receiving your email, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to return the item to us. 

3. Once we receive the item, a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

4. The item will then be inspected and if the item meets the above conditions, a refund will be issued to you. 

We do our very best to accept all returns. However, if the item is found to be in an unsuitable condition upon inspection, we will have to return it to you for which you will be responsible for the postage fee.
